inhabiting a dream
Today was a busy day like any other day of my life. I did, however, have proof sheets and negatives to pick up from the lab after I took my kids out for dinner... a little something to which I could look forward. While I realize, upon inspection of the images, that the photos from my Hasselblad look better technically speaking, it was the photographs from my Diana camera that really spoke to me. Perhaps I'm less interested in depicting the way things are than I am in portraying the way they could be. I'm interested in distortion, the concept of dream, and poetry.

Here, I'm walking through a child's dream...

i thought there was only snow in minnesota, love. ;)

it's interesting that you enjoy making photographs which "perhaps aren't reality" but your interpretation thereof.

wish i could do that all of the time. :(
